Standard shipping is available Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

The item will be shipped within 2 to 15 business days from receipt of payment. I tempi di consegna sono indicativi e non comprendono ritardi dovuti a pagamenti non autorizzati e/o ad esaurimento articoli.

Il secondo tentativo viene effettuato automaticamente il giorno lavorativo successivo alla mancata consegna in caso di destinatario assente.
In caso di mancata consegna al primo tentativo, il corriere lascerà un avviso per informare il destinatario che sarà effettuato un secondo tentativo di consegna il giorno lavorativo successivo. In caso di mancata consegna anche al secondo tentativo, il corriere lascerà un nuovo avviso con i riferimenti dell’UP dove la spedizione andrà in giacenza. Il destinatario potrà ritirare la spedizione presso l’UP nei successivi 10 gg lavorativi, compreso il sabato, che decorrono dal giorno lavorativo successivo alla data di presa in carico della spedizione da parte dell’ufficio postale. In caso di mancato ritiro, la spedizione sarà inviata al mittente. Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del destinatario.
Qualora non sia stato possibile consegnare al destinatario una spedizione (ad esempio nel caso in cui il destinatario sia sconosciuto all’indirizzo indicato o l’indirizzo risulti errato o incompleto) viene inviato al mittente il Dossier apertura pratica di giacenza, ovvero comunicazione dell’impedimento alla consegna indicandone il motivo e chiedendo contestualmente istruzioni. Trascorsi i 3 giorni lavorativi di giacenza senza uno svincolo, la spedizione verrà inviata al mittente.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all labels and tags intact. Please keep the original packaging, as it is required for the return.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted for items damaged due to improper use or negligence.

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at info@arjacajo.it within the 30-day return period.
You will receive all the information and instructions needed to complete the return. Please make sure to include your order number and provide a detailed description of the reason for the return.
Once your request has been received, you will be sent instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item so that you can monitor its delivery status.
Arja Cajo is not responsible for items lost during the return process.
