Standard shipping is available Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

Other Countries – €40 – 3–8 business days

The item will be shipped within 2 to 15 business days from receipt of payment. Delivery times are approximate and do not include delays caused by unauthorised payments and/or items being out of stock.
Please note that delivery times may be longer for remote rural destinations and/or in adverse weather conditions.
In general, the first delivery attempt is usually made within 1–2 business days.
If the recipient is not available, a second delivery attempt will automatically be made on the next business day.
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice informing the recipient that a second delivery attempt will be made on the following business day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the courier will leave another notice providing details of the post office where the parcel will be held. The recipient may collect the parcel from the post office within the following 10 business days, including Saturdays, starting from the business day after the parcel is received by the post office. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to the sender. Return shipping costs will be charged to the recipient.
If a shipment cannot be delivered to the recipient—for example, if the recipient is unknown at the address provided or if the address is incorrect or incomplete—the sender will receive a notice informing them of the reason why delivery could not be completed and requesting further instructions. If no instructions are provided within the 3-business-day holding period, the shipment will be returned to the sender.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all labels and tags intact. Please keep the original packaging, as it is required for the return.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted for items damaged due to improper use or negligence.

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at info@arjacajo.it within the 30-day return period.
You will receive all the information and instructions needed to complete the return. Please make sure to include your order number and provide a detailed description of the reason for the return.
Once your request has been received, you will be sent instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item so that you can monitor its delivery status.
Arja Cajo is not responsible for items lost during the return process.
